2026 Season
Race Calendar
The British GT Championship kicks off with the longest race of the season: the Silverstone 500. Following the 3-hour race, the series heads to Oulton Park for rounds 2 & 3, Spa for round 4, then back to the UK for the second half of the campaign. Snetterton and Donington Park will host the championship before the deciding round at Brands Hatch.
The Car
Aston Martin Vantage AMR Evo GT4
Grange Racing by FSR will contend the 2026 British GT Championship season with our Aston Martin Vantage AMR Evo GT4. The #27 car is backed up by a dedicated team of engineers and mechanics with decades of racing experience in British GT, IMSA, and beyond.
Based on the Aston Martin Vantage road car, the GT4 AMR Evo shares 80% of its structural and mechanical architecture of the models you’ll find in our Grange Aston Martin Hatfield showroom. The bonded aluminium chassis has a custom roll cage fitted to maximise driver safety, and features two-way adjustable KW dampers in each wheel arch, behind bespoke 18” forged rims and Pirelli racing tyres. A new front splitter, and a bespoke rear wing give the Vantage GT4 AMR Evo greater downforce while reducing drag compared to its predecessor. The car’s dry weight has been reduced to 1,465kg - 140kg less than the road car.

The Series
About the British GT Championship
The British GT Championship is the pinnacle of GT racing in the UK. Featuring production-based cars tuned for maximum performance on track, the series showcases the very best of established and emerging talent at five of the UK's most famous circuits, plus a trip to the iconic Spa-Francorchamps.
Two classes of car race simultaneously: GT3 and GT4. We'll be competing in the GT4 Pro-Am category, where professional and non-professional drivers share the car over the course of the race.

Darren Turner
Darren Turner is an Aston Martin Racing driver with a career spanning 27 years, and is also a Brand Ambassador for Grange Aston Martin Hatfield. He's reached the top step of the podium at the highest level of GT racing, with three class wins at the 24 Hours of Le Mans and a victory at the Daytona 24 Hours to his name.
