Choose the position, then the finish

In Vantage S, the seat shapes your connection with the car. Begin with the support and adjustment you prefer, then explore the leather, Alcantara® and interior detailing around it.

Aston Martin’s UK brochure describes six-way-adjustable carbon-fibre performance seats with a lower hip point. The UK specifications for the Grange cars pictured below identify Sports Plus seats with 16-way adjustment.

Carbon performance seats or Sports Plus?

The carbon-fibre performance seat’s sculpted form and lower hip point make it a distinctive choice. Check how its base and bolsters support you, then assess the driving position with your hands on the wheel and feet naturally placed for the pedals.

With Sports Plus, explore the adjustment fitted to the exact car. Take time to find your preferred position, including thigh support and the angle of the backrest; a seat’s specification cannot tell you how it will fit your own proportions.

Find a relaxed reach to the controls

Seat choice and steering-wheel position belong in the same conversation. Check that your shoulders remain supported when reaching the wheel and that the centre-console controls fall comfortably to hand.

Try entry and exit, too, including where a garage wall limits the space available to open the door. If two people share the car, both should take part in the seating check.

Understand Aston Martin’s interior choices

Aston Martin’s current UK model page calls the standard leather-and-Alcantara® interior Accelerate. The optional Inspire Sport interior introduces further material and colour combinations, with diminishing chevron quilting and placed perforations.

Keep those interior names separate from the seat’s construction and adjustment. Ask for an itemised specification covering seat type, trim, heating and any ventilation you require, so the finish you admire matches the functions you want.

Check the individual car’s specification

A new commission and a pre-owned Vantage S call for slightly different checks. For a new car, confirm the current UK seat and interior combinations with the team. For a pre-owned example, use its build specification and inspect the equipment actually fitted.

The Brentwood and Hatfield photographs show individual cars and different finishes. They are useful examples of the choices available across Vantage S, rather than a specification promise for every car.

Your questions answered

How adjustable are Vantage S carbon performance seats?

Aston Martin’s UK brochure describes six-way adjustment. Confirm the exact seats fitted to the car you are considering.

Are Sports Plus seats available in Vantage S cars?

The UK specifications checked for the pictured 2026 Grange cars list Sports Plus seats and 16-way adjustment. Check the build of each individual car and current factory choices with the team.

Does an interior name confirm seat ventilation?

An interior name should not replace an equipment check. Confirm seat construction, adjustment, upholstery, heating and ventilation separately against your quotation or the car’s build specification.
