The problem I had was with the loan car It was dirty there was some trim hanging off this was booked in advance and I didn't expect to leave my car and end up with this inferior vehicle!!

Mark Butcher was great, he was focused and straight forward no nonsense approach made buy the car very easy. He also made changing car plates very easy. Without his advise and help I would not have changed plates, Mark made it look very easy.

Matt Deane provides excellent service. He is helpful and creates a huge feeling of trust between the dealership and the customer. He respects the customer and doesn't try and oversell when he knows this will have a negative effect. A great dealership who I have used for years. Good that the same people are their following the change in ownership.

The only reason for not scoring as a 10 is that the day after the service I noticed that one of the windscreen wipers was not secure. I found the plastic clip had broken. I therefore had to go a buy one on the Saturday. I am not saying the wiper was broken during the service but it should have been picked up during the service.

I was quoted &pound;200 for the service but was not informed that most of the filters needed changing so the service was over &pound;300 as I'm looking continually on your website for an upgrade I would have liked to have been informed of these additional cost

Only minor complaint is every time vehicle is returned the seat etc. settings have been altered and setting lost in memory. I expect it to be altered but not lost in memory. Can take a while re setting to what is was before.
