Here at Grange, we are thrilled to be able to show off the Lamborghini Centenario - a car that's been created to honour the 100th anniversary of Lamborghini's founder Ferruccio Lamborghini's birth. Also heralding the arrival of the next generation of hypercars from the much-loved Italian manufacturer, there's so much to be impressed about this one-off strategy from Lamborghini - the vehicle has only been produced as a limited edition run of just 40 models.

PERFORMANCE
The numbers associated with the Lamborghini Centenario are very impressive, so we'll let them do the talking when it comes to the remarkable performance of this hypercar.
For instance, the Centenario's 6.5-litre V12 engine is capable of delivering 566 kW of power at 8,500rpm as well as 690 Nm of torque at 5,500rpm. When you're behind the wheel, all of this power and torque translates to a hypercar that can accelerate from rest to 62mph in a mere 2.8 seconds and then go on to reach a top speed in excess of 217mph.

DESIGN
The Lamborghini Centenario honours the innovative design that those in the motoring world have long associated with Lamborghini and their founder Ferruccio Lamborghini - a man who lived by the notion that nothing is impossible.
There's so much vying for your attention across the exterior of the Centenario. You're sure to take note of a twin-deck splitter with its aggressive design at the front of the hypercar, which functions to generate huge downforce, as well as striking sideblades beside each door which channels the airflow along the side of the vehicle.

A large diffuser and an active rear wing that can extend to 150mm into the air will also catch the eye when viewing the Centenario from the rear, while bespoke Pirelli P Zero Corsa tyres add the perfect finishing touches to the hypercar's exterior design.
The cabin of the Centenario has been exquisitely designed, with the interior packed with so much carbon fibre detailing. Black Nero Ade leather and Alcantara feature throughout the cabin too, adding plenty of luxurious elements to the hypercar, while piping and stitching in a contrasting colour to the hue of the main bodywork works to catch the eye.

TECHNOLOGY
Another reason for the creation of the Centenario is that it allows Lamborghini to explore new technological opportunities.
A new portrait screen found on the hypercar's dashboard demonstrates this point. Occupying the vehicle's centre console, the screen features an all-new and entirely bespoke infotainment system packed with suitably angular graphics and providing drivers with access to media functions, sat-nav and telemetry to log gear selection, throttle inputs, braking points and more.

The Lamborghini Centenario is one of the world's most exclusive cars, due to only 40 models being created - 20 of these being Coupés and the other 20 being Roadsters.
