You can now use your keyboard to take home the keys to your next used car. 'Click Collect Drive'  is a convenient, simple and innovative way to shop for your next vehicle anywhere, anytime.

It only takes a couple of minutes and will save you time at our Grange dealerships. Complete the reservation process online or by phone, then schedule an appointment to sign and take delivery of your next vehicle. You are under no obligation until you sign and no deposit is required when making the simple reservation.

 

How it works

Step 1 - Click to Reserve

Once you have found the right car for you hit the 'Reserve' button and enter your details. We will contact you to confirm we have the car saved for you.

We will take care of all of the necessary steps to ensure a smooth and safe purchase.

 

Step 2 - Book an Appointment

When we have answered any questions you have and made arrangements for payment we will book a specific appointment for you to collect your car from the secure 'Click and Collect' point within our Service Department.

 

Step 3 - Collect your car

At the pre-agreed appointment time, we will make sure the car is ready for you to check and inspect to confirm you are happy to proceed.

Our Associates will have prepared and laid out at a safe distance any documentation that requires your attention or signature.

 

Step 4 - Drive

Everything is complete. We thank you for trusting us to provide your next car and you are ready to drive away!

FAQs

I have found my perfect car and clicked and reserved it, what next?

We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the availability of the car and book an appointment with you to arrange a test drive and agree on the sale.

Any questions, just ask at our dealership and we will be happy to help.
 

How much Click Collect Drive does it cost?

Our Click Collect Drive car reservation service is free as long as an appointment is agreed within 24 hours. Providing an appointment is agreed within that time, we do not ask for a deposit.
 

I have made an appointment at the dealership that I need to change?

Please contact us to arrange a more convenient time. However, we will not hold cars indefinitely beyond 24 hours without asking for a deposit.
 

What happens if the car is not as described or pictured?

We'll do our absolute best to find you an alternative within either the dealership you reserved the car at or our group stock.
 

What happens if the car I have reserved is not available for any reason?

In the unlikely event that the car you have reserved is not available for any reason, we will do our utmost to find a suitable alternative car from our group stock as soon as possible.
 

Why is Click Collect Drive not available on all cars?

We can only currently offer to reserve cars online at a 'physical' dealer location. However, by phoning or emailing any of our car dealers it is possible to get any group stock car transferred to your nearest dealership by prior arrangement. A deposit may be required and terms may be set out depending on the value of the car. Please contact the dealer for full terms and conditions.
 

When can I collect my car?

As soon as the sale and terms are agreed with our dealership. Our dealers will keep in constant contact to keep you informed on this.
 

Can I drive my vehicle away the same day as my first visit?

Yes. Some of our guests choose to drive their new car away the same day. If you wish to take advantage of this service you'll need to bring all necessary ID described below.
 

What proof of ID do I need to bring?

Please bring the following with you when you visit:

  • Driving Licence (holders of photo ID licence must bring counterpart)
  • Utility bill (preferably home phone bill showing current address and dated within the last 3 months)
  • Proof of signature (Passport, Credit/Switch card etc)
  • Last two wage slips
  • Your part exchange documents (if applicable) - YOU MUST BRING YOUR LOGBOOK V5 IF YOU WISH TO PART EXCHANGE
  • Current insurance details
