Bentley Rotating Display: three faces of craftsmanship

Choose the view that suits the journey: connected touchscreen, traditional instruments or an uninterrupted sweep of veneer.

At a glance

  • One optional assembly offers three different fascia faces.
  • Compare all three faces with your chosen cabin finish.
  • Confirm fitment and finish on your exact Continental specification.

A detail worth considering before you order

The Bentley Rotating Display gives the centre of the Continental’s dashboard three distinct appearances. Bentley describes an optional unit that can present the central touchscreen, three handcrafted analogue gauges or a continuous panel of veneer.

It is an appealing choice for a guest who enjoys technology but does not always want a screen to dominate the cabin. The buying question is personal: which view would you enjoy seeing on the journeys you make most?

Touchscreen when you want it

The touchscreen face gives the dashboard its contemporary appearance. In a demonstration, try the functions you use most often rather than judging the screen only while it is switched off.

Ask the Bentley team to show how the rotating unit works alongside the car’s other controls. If smartphone integration matters to you, bring your phone and check the experience on the particular model and software specification you are considering.

Analogue instruments or a quieter fascia

Turn to the analogue face and the centre of the dashboard takes on a more traditional character. Choose the veneer face and that area becomes a visually continuous part of the fascia.

Those are different ways to enjoy the same cabin. One guest may prefer the instruments on a relaxed weekend drive; another may value the uncluttered veneer for its material and colour. Neither preference needs to dictate which Continental body style you choose.

Choose the finish as a complete interior

View the display with the veneer, hide and other finishes you intend to specify. A small material sample helps with colour, while the assembled dashboard shows how those choices sit together.

Ask for the current UK options and a written specification for the exact derivative. The Rotating Display is described as optional on Bentley’s current Continental GT and GTC pages; that does not establish its cost or fitment on every individual new or pre-owned car.

For an existing stock car, ask the team to confirm the equipment fitted and demonstrate it. A photograph of an analogue face alone does not replace that check.

The right next step is a demonstration

If the appeal is the craftsmanship, spend time with the display in person. Look across the fascia from the driver’s and passenger’s seats and see which face complements your preferred cabin.
